Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Underwear and Socks: For hygiene reasons, returns on underwear and socks are not accepted.
- Personalized Products: Custom items or special orders that are personalized cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: Returns are not accepted on sale items.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
