**1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-2 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

**2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use CourierPost for all deliveries within New Zealand and Australia. Delivery times are approximate and can vary depending on the destination.

  • Within New Zealand:

    • Standard Shipping: [2-5 business days]
    • Express Shipping: [1-2 business days]
  • To Australia:

    • Standard Shipping: [5-8 business days]
    • Express Shipping: [3-5 business days]

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.

**3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Domestic Shipping (New Zealand): Standard, Express
  • International Shipping (Australia): Standard, Express

**4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the CourierPost website.

**5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to New Zealand and Australia. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your shipping address falls into one of these categories, please contact us before placing your order.

**6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error with your shipping address, please contact us immediately to correct it.

**7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the address provided. However, if you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter with CourierPost.
